There are lovely rural views to the rear of the property. The villa has an additional ( non air conditioned )apartment at semi basement level. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, with two, just at the end of the road.

The property is totally enclosed by a wall and gates. There is a mosaic tiled swimming pool 9m x 4.5m with steps, which is surrounded by terraces with a BBQ and shower in the pool area.
